What is 160ml to liquid OZS

Do you often use American recipes and have to convert? Here is my conversion table!

Today I finally created a conversion table for American units of measurement that I can hang in the kitchen cupboard. My goodness, I was always busy converting and wanted a table for converting cups into milliliters, cups into grams, etc. However, tablespoons (TBSP), teaspoons (TSP) and for liquids also ounces are often given.

Convert cups to grams or milliliters.

With the cups it is also the case that the conversion of cups in milliliters to cups in grams differs and cups in grams are also differentiated from voluminous ingredients such as flour and powdered sugar (they are then lighter because they have a lot of volume have) to solid and therefore heavy ingredients such as fats and non-powdered sugars.

Convert ounces, tablespoons, teaspoons into the metric system as well.,

What also got on my mind were often statements in ounces and table or teaspoons. My table covers all of that. You can now immediately see the information in ounces, TBL or TBSP in grams. I hope I have created the "egg-laying woolly milk sow" :). If not, let me know, I can expand the document at any time.

Convert Fahrenheit to Celsius.

I had the same with degrees Fahrenheit in degrees Celsius. The conversion is much more complicated and can no longer be performed in your head. At least not for me Blond-Schopf -hihi. In my conversion table I went down to the conversion of 95 ° C. I think this covers all standard conversions for Fahrenheit.

I have rounded all the values so that the results of the recipes are not influenced, but the values are more "manageable". I have seen very crooked baking temperatures in recipes far too often. Not all of us have such state-of-the-art ovens with digital input. The same applies to cups in grams or milliliters. Who, please, put 128 grams in a prescription?

So that not only I can enjoy my ingenious table, I have made it available to you here. Anyway, I think it's awesome - hihi. You can download them once as a graphic (JPEG) or as a PDF. What you prefer.
